- Here are some reasons why tracking information may not be available:
- The first package scan may occur upon arrival at a regional hub near the destination, especially during high shipping volumes when packages are processed in bulk. Until this first scan, the carrier may not acknowledge receipt of the package.
- The first package scan may not happen until delivery.
- There may be delays in updating the tracking database.
- Some shipments, such as Standard International shipments, are not trackable. Rest assured, your package will arrive on or before the 20th or 25th business day.

- If 20 or 25 business days have passed and your tracking information hasn't changed, please allow an additional 5 business days for delivery. Packages usually arrive on or shortly after the 20th or 25th business day.

How are shipping and delivery dates calculated?
- Delivery estimates are calculated by adding the transit time to the estimated shipping date.
- Transit time is based on the shipping speed you selected. We calculate transit time using business days. Saturdays and Sundays usually do not count toward transit time, except when a weekend delivery option is available during checkout. Holidays are also considered when calculating transit time.
- For some delivery dates, we may provide an "order within" countdown timer, showing the time window in which you must place the order to receive your delivery by the specified date. The date is subject to change before you place your order. Your order confirmation email will include your confirmed delivery date.
- For Free Shipping, your order will arrive within 7 to 25 business days. We process and ship your order in the most cost-efficient way possible to offer free shipping. If your items haven't shipped yet, don't worry. We may take a little longer to ship your order, but it will arrive within 7 to 25 business days.
Expedited Shipping
- For us to provide you with the most affordable item, we seldom offer expedited shipping.
- If it is available on the Shipping/Checkout page, the delivery is within 7 to 15 business days for US and 10 to 20 business days for International Shipping.
