From time to time, packages are sent back to us as undeliverable.
- A package might be returned as undeliverable for several reasons:
- The address may be incorrect or outdated. Typically, the package is held for a period that varies by the courier before being returned to us. It’s essential to verify the address thoroughly when placing your order.
- If the shipping address you provided was incorrect and the order has already shipped, please submit a ticket through our Contact Form page so we can evaluate if sending a replacement is possible. However, please note that it’s not guaranteed as all sales are final and refunds can not be granted.
- If an incorrect shipping address was provided in your order and you contacted us before the order shipped submit a ticket through our Contact Form page so we can check on what would be the best approach to resolve the issue and make things right!

- If it’s merely a typo, such as "Loa Angeles, CA, 90210," there’s a good chance that your local post office can still locate the correct address. Please reach out to them for assistance.
- If the street name, zip code, or city is wrong, we will communicate with your local post office to make the necessary corrections. If it's no longer feasible, we will arrange for a replacement.

- Our system might not recognize the format of the entered address, or the package was assigned to a carrier that cannot deliver to that address.
- You may have used a restricted address. Orders sent to prisons, correctional facilities, or similar institutions might face specific delivery restrictions for the products and/or carriers involved.
- The carrier attempted delivery but was unsuccessful. Most of our carriers try to deliver a package multiple times. If they determine that delivery can’t be completed, they will return the package to us.
- The recipient might have refused delivery. A gift recipient who is not anticipating a gift may decline a package if they think it has been mistakenly sent to them.
- The address may be incorrect or outdated. Typically, the package is held for a period that varies by the courier before being returned to us. It’s essential to verify the address thoroughly when placing your order.
- We are unable to reship orders that carriers return to us as undeliverable for the reasons mentioned above, except for clause 1.1.3 above. If you still want to purchase the same item/s, place a new order on our website.
