I want to request a cancellation of my order.

1. As a small business, one of our main objectives is to process orders promptly upon receipt so you can receive your items as quickly as possible!
2. We kindly ask for your understanding regarding the various expenses that come with operating a small business; therefore, we are unable to accept CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, or RETURNS. Once payment is made and an order number is created, it is immediately sent to our Fulfillment Center for processing and packing. As a result, we regret to inform you that it is no longer possible to cancel an order at this stage.
