I received a defective item, got the wrong item, and have not yet received my order.

1. Items that are damaged, incorrect, or not received after 30 days [excluding shipments marked as delivered on the carrier's website, such as USPS or Canada Post] are eligible for a complimentary replacement within 7 business days.
2. If more than 7 days have passed since your delivery date, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide a replacement.
3. All purchases are final. If you have received a defective or wrong item, or if your order has not arrived after 30 days [excluding shipments marked as delivered on the carrier's website, like USPS or Canada Post], we will arrange for a replacement instead of issuing a refund.

Damaged Item

1. A replacement order, with the same shipping speed that was used on your original item, will be created.

   2. If a replacement order will be created, there is no need to send the damaged item back to us.

Incorrect Item

1. An incorrect item received constitutes receiving a totally different item as shown on our website.
