Incorrect Item
- Receiving an incorrect item means you received a completely different product than what is shown on our website.

- Example 3 [Will NOT be replaced]: You ordered a weighted plushie and you feel that it's not weighted.
- As a small business, we strive to ensure that the product information on our website is comprehensive, helping customers make informed decisions about their purchases.
- Example 4 [Will NOT be replaced]: You ordered a jacket in size large and you feel that you received a size small.
- We encourage customers to review the product details carefully and only proceed with the order if it meets their needs.
- We will create a replacement order with the same shipping speed as your original item.
- Please provide us with three photos of the received item from different angles to expedite the replacement process.
- There is no need to return the incorrect item if a replacement order is created.
Items Not Received After 30 Days
- Items not received after 30 days [excluding shipments that are showing delivered on the carrier's website, e.g., showing delivered in USPS or Canada Post] is eligible for a free replacement.
- A replacement order, with the same shipping speed that was used on your original item, will be created.
