Lifetime Warranty / Order Insurance

1. Buying a product that comes with a warranty can provide you with added peace of mind. If the product does not function as intended during its lifespan and you have opted for our Lifetime Guarantee / Purchase Protection, the warranty may cover the cost of a replacement item, excluding shipping fees.

   • This warranty becomes void in cases of misuse, normal wear and tear, or if the product is discontinued.

   • “Lifetime” refers to the period during which the product is still being manufactured.
   • The warranty can be canceled without prior notice to the customer.
2. To utilize your Lifetime Warranty / Order Insurance:
   • Capture a photo or a brief video of the item.
   • Go to our Contact Form page to submit a request and choose Lifetime Warranty as the category.
   • Include the photo or video with your request.
3. If your replacement request is approved, we will inform you within 48 hours.
